LACTOBACILLUS ACIDOPHILUS: Lactic bacterium with probiotic action, from the Greek "pro bios", in favor of life. Probiotics are microorganisms that promote the well-being and balance of bacterial intestinal flora. It has therapeutic use in case of diarrhea, due to alteration of the bacterial flora, caused by the use of drugs (antibiotics) or poor diet, but is also strongly recommended as a preventive measure. It is used to regulate the growth of antibiotic-resistant pathogenic enterobacteria. Recent research shows that the micro-organisms belonging to our microbiome carry out an important function in digestion and health: thanks to their metabolic activities, they are able to allow the intake of vitamins and other nutrients that we eat. The alteration of the bacterial flora is also linked to bacterial problems of the intestinal tract, such as candidiasis, cystitis, canker sores and mucosal problems or skin problems: in all these cases it is therefore advisable to restore the bacterial flora to achieve a faster and more stable improvement over time.

PAPAYA : The active ingredients contained in the Papaya, including PAPAINE, have a proteolytic action, favouring protein digestion, thus avoiding disorders such as abdominal bloating, meteorism, and constipation. It also has an antioxidant and immunostimulant function, given the high content of vitamin C. It helps to restore the acid-base balance, often compromised by unbalanced diets. It aids in diuresis.

FENNEL with 0,9% ESSENTIAL OIL: An ally to all digestive tubes, fennel is a plant with a CARMINATIVE power, meaning it eliminates gas from the stomach and intestine and soothes pain (colic). It helps with swelling, belching, flatulence, digestive failure and irritable bowel syndrome. It inhibits the fermentation process in the large intestine and has antispastic effect on smooth muscles. Studies show that it has similar use to that of metoclopramide (Principles pharmacognosy and phytotherapy, M. Tognolini and M. Chiavarini, 2007).

CUMIN: Cumin is used for problems such as bloating and meteorism, and as a digestive and antispasmodic aid, as it is used for colic and intestinal spasms. It is an excellent ally in case of gastritis, irritable colon, colitis and alterations of the bacterial flora. It acts as an immunostimulant. A study has shown how the plant significantly reduces appetite and carbohydrate intake levels. (Kazemipoor M, Hamzah S, Hajifaraji M, Radzi CW, Cordell GA. Slimming and appetitesuppressing effects of caraway aqueous extract as natural therapy in physically active women. Phytother Res 2016, Mar 14)

STAR ANISE with 0,3% ESSENTIAL OIL: It contains an essential oil made up of 80% by ANETHOLE. It has eupeptic (stimulates appetite) and stomachic action: it helps in difficult digestion, stimulating gastric secretions, peristalsis.

CHARCOAL: Charcoal powder has an absorbing action and is used in the treatment of intestinal problems: dyspepsia with fermentation, gas formation, flatulence, diarrhea, and acidity. It also helps with bad breath. It acts indirectly on the body, so it has no contraindications.
