CHAMOMILLE with 0,3% APIGENINE: Although known as a mild sedative, this plant actually has a strong anti-inflammatory activity on mucous membranes, given by the action of APIGENINE, a flavonoid. It completes its action thanks to two important properties: it is emollient, so it gives relief in case of irritation of the mucosa; it is spasmolytic, that is, it acts as a sedative of the vegetative nervous system, so it stops the contractions and pains of the stomach and intestine.
LINDEN with 1% FLAVONOIDS : It appears in the European Pharmacopoeia IV. It is a sedative of the central nervous system and proves useful as a pressure regulator in anxious states, promotes sleep and has an antispasmodic action on the vegetative system. It also acts as a bechico (cough sedative) and antipyretic. It has diaphoretic properties which favors the elimination of toxins through perspiration.
MARJORAN: n addition to being a well-known aromatic plant, marjoram has important therapeutic properties. It is digestive, antispasmodic, antineural, and pain-relieving, so it is useful in cases of pain associated with problems of the nervous system. It also helps to clear the nasal cavities in case of COLD.
FICUS CARICA: It is an ideal gastroprotector in the treatment of gastritis, gastric reflux and ulcers. It acts in stomach improving the hold of cardia (the valve that connects the esophagus and the stomach). It normalizes contractions and regulates the secretion of gastric acids. It is also used in disorders that originate from stress and emotional factors.
STAR ANISE with 0,3% ESSENTIAL OIL : It contains an essential oil made up of 80% by ANETHOLE. It has eupeptic action (stimulates appetite) and stomachic: it helps in difficult digestion, stimulating gastric secretions and peristalsis.
