Botanical name: Equisetum Arvense                                                Habitat: In wet places of rivers and swamps all over Europe

Plant parts used: whole plant                                                            Active ingredients and nutrients: organic silicic acid (easily assimilated organic calcium), saponins, mineral salts (especially potassium), flavonoic derivatives

Therapeutic properties: it is used as REMINERALIZER and as DIURETIC. It is also used in inflammation of the urinary tract, as an adjunct in cystitis and for the well-being of the prostate. The silicon content is important for the well-being of connective tissue, bones, but also for nail and hair care.
