Therapeutic properties: Thanks to the action of a flavonoid, VITEXINE, Hawthorn acts as a cardiac regulator: it regulates the heart rhythm, decreasing palpitations and, in case of anxiety, the perception of one’s own heartbeat. It has a vasodilating action on the coronary muscles, with a positive inotropic effect. It is indicated in cases of angina, arrhythmias, palpitations, and heart failure. It also has sedative effect on the nervous system and is therefore useful for anxiety, sleep problems, and nervousness, with the advantage of not causing drowsiness.
